Forever Miss America-Ericka Dunlap is a visionary businesswoman and community leader who rose to national acclaim when she became the first and only Black woman to be crowned Miss Florida in the 100-year history of the program, and later that year, won the title of Miss America 2004. Ms. Dunlap is the CEO of Crown Communication Group, a multi-disciplinary, strategic communications & public relations consulting firm in Orlando. Dunlap has served her community for more than three decades as a mentor, board member, motivational speaker, and DEI advocate. She has performed at New York’s Apollo Theater, the Grand Ole Opry and the Hollywood Bowl, and served as host of the 100^th Anniversary Miss America Pageant. Dunlap is board chair for the Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, a not-for-profit affordable housing organization and executive lead for the AdventHealth Circle of Friends.
