With more than 19 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies, founder Denise Thomas has fine-tuned the ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers. Her consultancy, The Effective Communication Coach, LLC, has supplied this expertise to organizations that include Junior Achievement USA, Feeding America, Thurgood Marshall Leadership Institute, and the National Urban League. She currently consults for Southern Company, Manpower Group and Northwestern Mutual. Denise has been recognized for excellence in leadership by Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana, PepsiCo, General Electric, and MillerCoors, among others. She was named Top 100 Power Broker for 2018, 2019 and 2020 by the Milwaukee Business Journal. Denies is lead facilitator at St. Norbert College as part of the School of Business’s Center of Exceptional Leadership and is an instructor for the Cardinal Stritch University Mission Fuel Leadership Program.
