Candi Castleberry is a valued member of Amazon’s senior leadership team. In her role, Candi is focused on leveraging data, science, and technology to drive sustainable and inclusive outcomes for employees, customers, and communities at scale. Candi applies her two decades of experience to help organizations achieve inclusive outcomes in delivering products and services. She has developed successful DEI strategies and initiatives in technology, telecommunications, and healthcare for X (formerly Twitter), Motorola, Sun Microsystems, Xerox, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). An author, former Carnegie Mellon University adjunct professor, and experienced leader, Candi is also the founder of the award-winning Dignity & Respect Campaign, which has helped organizations create environments of dignity and respect.
