Britt Mitchell has 15+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and sales and, in 2018, was was recognized as one of Brand Innovators' 40 Under 40. The same year, she co-founded Rita P. Mitchell, LLC with her mom, Rita. The mother-daughter duo have partnered with Meta, Deloitte, Pinterest, National Urban League, and more, speaking and conducting workshops around the country.  Currently based in New York, Britt leads Global Sales Enablement at LiveRamp, the data collaboration platform of choice for the world's most innovative companies. In 2024, Britt led the rebrand and launch of Dream Bigger Now TODAY, a company founded by the mother-daughter duo.
