Bershan Shaw wasn’t born a warrior, she became one. Ten years ago Bershan was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and given 3 months to live. Now she is disease free and has committed her life to empowering women, executives, entrepreneurs, and global leaders to find their inner warrior and speak their truth, appearing on countless TV shows and networks including OWN, News Talk Live, Good Day DC, Fox, Arise TV, NBC, ABC, News 11, and WBLS.

A transformational coach and business strategist enhancing the performance of executives, teams, and organizations, Bershan helps professionals across a wide spectrum increase their bottom line with her Find Your Inner Warrior Training. Her trainings have helped equip business leaders, CEO's, executives, managers & HR staff with the tools needed to advance their careers and motivate their teams in financial services, legal, technology consumer products, and professional services. Her clients include professionals in Switzerland, London, Germany, Poland, Rome, Nigeria, Ghana, Australia, and Brazil.

Bershan holds both a Master's in Journalism/Business and a Certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching from NYU.
